Privacy charter
Introduction
This Privacy Charter describes how XPIDLE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). XPIDLE is an idle-first pocket companion: tap-driven play with background progression meant for short, relaxed sessions.
By using the App, you acknowledge this Charter. If you disagree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the App.
Data we collect
Information you provide directly
The App does not require an account to enjoy core play. We do not ask you to hand over a legal name, email address, or phone number simply to open XPIDLE.
Data generated while you play
Like most mobile software, XPIDLE may process technical and usage signals that help us understand stability and engagement. Examples include device model, operating system version, coarse app events (such as screens viewed or features used), diagnostic logs, and crash fingerprints.
Data stored on your device
Gameplay preferences, progress markers, and similar values may be written to local storage on your handset. Unless a feature explicitly syncs to a server, that material ordinarily remains with you.
Use of data
We use the categories above to operate and improve XPIDLE — for example, to fix bugs, tune performance, understand which modes resonate, and keep the experience compatible with new devices and OS releases.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to build covert profiles unrelated to running the App. Marketing communications are not a default outcome of installing XPIDLE.
Third parties
Certain functions rely on partners bound by their own policies: app distribution platforms (such as Google Play), analytics or crash-reporting SDKs we may embed, and infrastructure providers that host our backend services if any network calls occur.
Those parties process data only as needed to deliver their piece of the stack. Review their documentation if you want vendor-level detail beyond what we state here.
Children
XPIDLE is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from young users. If you believe a child has shared information with us in error, contact us using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Contact
Questions about this Charter or your data can be sent to the support channel listed on the Google Play store page for XPIDLE. Please include enough context for us to verify your request without over-collecting information.
Changes
We may revise this Charter when the App changes or when laws shift. Material updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, surfacing notice inside the App or on this site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Charter.
