Usage code
Acceptance
These terms (“Usage Code”) govern your access to XPIDLE (the “App”). Installing, opening, or continuing to use the App means you agree to this Code and to any supplemental terms shown inside the store listing.
If you cannot accept the Code, do not use the App. Your relationship with mobile platform providers (for example, Google) remains governed by their separate agreements.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run XPIDLE on devices you control, solely for private entertainment, subject to this Code.
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the App or its assets except as expressly allowed by applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where mandatory local law permits.
Conduct
Use XPIDLE responsibly. Do not interfere with servers, spoof traffic, automate play in ways that harm other users or our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or features.
Do not use the App to harass others, transmit unlawful material, or violate intellectual-property rights. We may investigate abuse reports and respond with warnings, suspensions, or technical blocks where appropriate.
Liability
The App is provided for amusement on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed in your jurisdiction, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of XPIDLE — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Some regions do not permit certain limitations; in those cases our liability is capped at the greater of zero or the amount you paid us directly for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for a free download).
Termination
You may stop using XPIDLE at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or revoke access, if we believe you breached this Code, if required by law, or if continuing service is no longer feasible.
Sections that naturally survive — such as license restrictions, liability limits, and governing-law statements where applicable — remain in effect after termination.
Changes
We may update XPIDLE’s features, balance, and policies. When we adjust this Usage Code, we will revise the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice in-app or on this site. If you disagree with a future version, uninstall the App and discontinue use.
